AthenaRMS Basics: Submit

Requests are entered into AthenaRMS via email or any web form.

Each AthenaRMS queue comes with a default web form. The form can be customized to reflect the fields required during ticket initiation.

Since AthenaRMS works with any web form, you can design your own forms for use on an existing web site, and let AthenaRMS manage the client experience on the back end.
